Booking

1. Reservation and Payment Terms

1.1. A reservation will be considered guaranteed upon receipt of proof of payment of 50% of the estimated total package price.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days prior to the event date.
1.3. All bank transfer costs, exchange rate differences, and other related charges are the responsibility of the client.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1. All payments made by the client are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client, except in the cases described in Clauses 2.2 and 2.3.
2.2. In case of medical emergencies preventing attendance, partial refunds may be considered upon submission of official documentation, excluding costs already incurred (such as charter flights, non-refundable tickets, or other prepaid services).
2.3. If the organizer cancels the event or changes the date due to reasons within their control (including insufficient expected occupancy), clients will be offered:

A full refund of all payments made, or

The option to transfer the booking to the new event date or an alternative package of equal value.
2.4. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days from the approved refund request.

3. Travel Documentation

3.1. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents (including passport or ID card) and, if applicable, the necessary visas for entry into Croatia and re-entry into their home country.
3.2. The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, costs, or inability to travel arising from incomplete, invalid, or missing travel documentation.

4. Additional Provisions

4.1. The organizer shall not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including force majeure, strikes, or government restrictions.
4.2. By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions in full.
